Clix engagements are scoped individually. Hardware, third-party services and travel or on-site work are separate from consulting and implementation unless agreed in writing.

    A short introductory conversation to understand the business, current systems and whether Clix is likely to help.

  2. Paid Discovery

    A focused review of workflows, data sensitivity, infrastructure and implementation options. This is typically measured in days or weeks depending on complexity.

  3. Recommendation & Architecture

    A clear path for what to keep, repurpose, upgrade, replace or defer, plus a practical pilot or implementation plan.

  4. Implementation

    Focused pilots are often measured in weeks. Larger infrastructure or integration projects are staged over multiple weeks or months.

  5. Ongoing Development

    AI systems improve with use. Continuing support can cover refinements, new workflows, staff training and monitoring.
